    当該研究課題の令和4年度における到達目標は、薄型センサシートによる生体信号記録のフィージビリティ評価ならびにバリデーション評価の完了であった。フィージビリティ評価についてはおおむね完了したものの、バリデーション評価については十分な成果を得られていない。フィージビリティ評価については既に令和3年度に予備的検討にて、終夜睡眠ポリグラフ(PSG)の推奨センサである呼吸インダクタンスプレスチモグラフ(RIP)と同等の検出能を有している可能性があることを確認している。令和4年度はフィージビリティ評価をさらに深化させ、PSGでの呼吸センサと同等の呼吸モニタリング精度を有しているか確認を行った。健常成人3名にて、PSGの推奨気流センサである鼻圧フローセンサによる気流波形と、薄型センサシートにて検出した波形をPSGにて同時記録し、データを採得した。その結果、呼吸数10回から25回までのレンジであれば、仰臥位・側臥位いずれの体位においてもPSGの推奨センサである鼻圧気流センサと同等の呼吸モニター精度を有していることが確認された。この成果は第47回日本睡眠学会定期学術集会(2022年6月30日~2023年7月1日)にて一般演題(口演発表)で発表した。なお、本研究課題の最終目標である睡眠時呼吸障害に対するバリデーション評価は、新型コロナウイルス感染症のまん延に伴い令和4年度内に完了することができなかった。そのため研究期間再延長の申請を行い、受理されている。
