  • 基盤研究(C)，1994年04月 ～ 1996年03月，リンパ濾胞樹状細胞の細胞起源に関する検討　—scidマウス細胞移入実験を用いてー

    濾胞樹状細胞の細胞起源は不明であったが、scidマウス細胞移入実験を用いて、リンパ組織局所に存在する細胞（細網細胞）に由来する可能性を示した。

  • 奨励研究(A)，1989年04月 ～ 1990年03月，ニワトリ・ウズラキメラを用いたマクロファージの起源に関する研究

    組織マクロファージの由来については、血液単球由来説が主流であったが、卵黄囊・血液単球由来ではない組織細胞由来のマクロファージを証明した。
